But a new study has now fully documented the “suckerfish” in hitchhiking action below the ocean’s surface, uncovering a much more refined skillset that the fish uses for navigating intense hydrodynamics that come with trying to ride aboard a 100-foot blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus).

Lee Jr ‘08 Architecture, as a field of design, is coming to terms with the ways that architects are educated within a canon that places modern western culture and the object, a building, at the center of its practice. It has been a culturally narrow approach that has disregarded the localized vernacular designs that reflect the history and culture of communities of color and their relationship to and experience of place.

Firefighting, Fitness, and Furniture Design are Passions for Hillier Freshman
When NJIT industrial design major Christopher Hasenkopf isn't in class this semester, it might be because he's out saving someone's home, office or even their life. His local volunteer fire station in New Providence practically didn't need a dalmatian for their mascot — "I've been going around the station since I moved here when I was three. They had a lot of open houses," he joked.
