Hudson County Community College and NJIT Create Transfer Agreement for Business Degrees
A new agreement between Hudson County Community College (HCCC) and NJIT will allow for seamless transfer of students into NJIT's Martin Tuchman School of Management.
The articulation agreement, signed Tuesday, July 27 in HCCC's Culinary Conference Center, allows students who earn an Associate of Science in Business Administration degree at HCCC to transfer into NJIT's Bachelor of Science degree programs in Business, Business Online Accelerated Entrepreneurship, and Financial Technology—FinTech.

Raymond Cassetta, an alumnus of the class of 1970 and benefactor of Martin Tuchman School of Management's Financial Analytics Laboratory, recently extended the scholarship in his name to the $100,000 mark.
Rene White Earns CoSIDA Academic All-District Recognition
NJIT senior forward Rene White has been named as a First-Team selection on the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District 2 Men's Soccer Team the organization announced on Thursday.
White, named to the Dean's List for seven semesters, graduated in Fall '20 Cum Laude with a BS in Business Concentration in Financial Technology, boasting a 3.668 GPA. He is currently in the MS Business program.
Space is Open For Business at NJIT's Martin Tuchman School of Management
The next Elon Musk might come from Martin Tuchman School of Management, where Assistant Professor Raja Roy will teach the business of outer space in his Entrepreneurship 485 Special Topics course this fall.
Roy said the class, "Moon, Mars and Beyond: Space is Open For Business," will introduce students to stellar commercialization opportunities that could include topics such as rocketry, satellites, material science, healthcare, energy, law, the Moon, Mars, tourism, defense and more.
