Meditation for Mental Health — Inner Engineering Association
Join Inner Engineering Association and co-hosting organizations for a webinar session at 4 p.m. March 1. This webinar offers simple tools to create mental balance and inner peace. This session will feature: Nadi Shuddhi, a yogic practice that cleanses the nadis—the pathways through which pranic energy flows—resulting in a balanced system and psychological well-being; and Isha Kriya, a powerful meditative process for health, dynamism and well-being.
