Dear Highlanders,

We are pleased that Workday, our new Human Resources, Finance, and Payroll solution, has gone live successfully. This is a significant milestone for our university and an important step in modernizing and strengthening the systems that support our operations. Workday will provide a more streamlined, intuitive, and connected experience for employees across the university. Some of the benefits include:
  • Easy Access: Employees can now access pay stubs, benefit details, organizational charts and more with ease.
  • Streamlined/Standardized Processes: The implementation of Workday is updating and streamlining the way we manage our financial and HR processes. Details on these improvements are provided throughout the various training opportunities we have shared.
  • Improved User Experience: All employees now have a more intuitive and efficient platform to access personal data, submit requests, and collaborate between business units.
  • Real-Time Insights: Workday’s robust reporting solutions will empower us to make data-driven decisions faster than ever before.

As we transition to Workday, we encourage you to take advantage of the support resources available, should you have any questions or need assistance.
