Lyzi Litwinko Picks Up Fourth America East Conference Rookie of the Week Honor

Freshman Lyzi Litwinko has been selected America East Conference Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season, the league office announced.

Litwinko picks up her second consecutive Rookie of the Week honor and fourth overall this season.

For the week, the 5-foot-8 guard averaged 8.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 2.0 apg against reigning America East Conference champions Stony Brook.

In game one against the Seawolves, Litwinko combined for 11 points, eight rebounds and two assists and next day chipped in six points, five boards and two assists.

Litwinko and the Highlanders will have an off weekend (Jan. 30-31) and return back to action at home vs. Binghamton (Feb. 6-7). Game times will be announced this week.
