NJIT to Confer Degrees at Virtual Commencement Exercises June 12
Welcome to the NJIT Virtual Commencement Ceremony!
For your convenience, candidates are being presented by their respective college/school, and all Doctoral Candidates are presented as one inclusive group.

WHAT: New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) will award 2,931 baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral degrees at the 104th Commencement exercises. Additionally, the university will confer honorary degrees upon four individuals.
WHEN: Friday, June 12, 2020 – 3:45 p.m pre-show, 4 p.m. ceremony begins
WHERE: The Commencement exercises will take place virtually and will be streamed live at njit.stageclip.com.
WHO: NJIT President Joel S. Bloom and Provost and Executive Vice President Fadi P. Deek will preside over the ceremony.
Commencement Address and Honorary Degrees: New Jersey Lieutenant Governor Sheila Y. Oliver will deliver the 2020 Commencement address and receive an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters; Retired President and CEO of Vyteris, Inc. Vincent DeCaprio will receive an honorary Doctor of Science; Chairman and CEO of Flemington Car & Truck Country Steve Kalafer will receive honorary Doctor of Humane Letters; and Distinguished Professor of chemistry and materials science and engineering at SUNY Binghamton M. Stanley Whittingham will receive an honorary Doctor of Science.
Student Speakers: Amanda Azer and Matthew Joseph Moye will give remarks on behalf of the undergraduate and graduate student body, respectively.
