Dominika Pawlowska Earns 12th Place Finish at 2019 Junior World Cup

Freshman Dominika Pawlowska earned a 12th place finish at the 2019 Junior World Cup in Laupheim, Germany this past weekend.
Pawlowska, from Zielona Góra, Poland, placed 12th out of 217 competitors.
Pawlowska went 5-1 in pools
W4-1 vs Alecia Torrego of ESP
W5-2 vs Silvena Hristova of BUL
W5-4 vs Lisa-Marie Loehr of GER
D3-5 vs Sarah Spice of NZL
W5-0 vs Eleanor Taylor of GBR

Round of 128: W, 15-9 vs Oleksandra Dzhordzhevych of UKR
Round of 64: W, 15-8 vs Alyssa Pasche of SUI
Round of 32: W, 15-13 vs Anastsiia Nazarova of RUS
Round of 16: L, 11-15 vs Emma Borsody of HUN. Borsody was the bronze medalist in the 2018 Junior World Championships and went on to earn 2nd in the event.
