BBQ Lunch with DJ Joe under the Big Tent, 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
All registered students, alumni, parents, family, and guests are invited to enjoy our Fall BBQ. The menu includes Hot Dogs, Burgers, BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork, Veggie Burgers, Coleslaw, Red Skin Potato Salad, Grilled Corn, and Cookies/Brownies.
Beer Garden, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Access only for 21+ (with ID). Stop by to meet and greet past colleagues and share your memories of NJIT. Meet other parents and make new friends while refreshing with a beer. You must be 21 years or older to enter the Beer Garden. A two-beer limit will be imposed. IDs will be checked and NJIT Public Safety will be present.
Newark College of Engineering: Centennial Celebration, 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
A historical overview of the establishment and foundation of the Newark Technical School, 1881-1885, and a review of its progression into the Newark College of Engineering in the first quarter of the 20th century and the New Jersey Institute of Technology in the 1970s.
The presentation will highlight key historical and technical milestones of NCE, the scientific and societal impact of the growing institute, the participation of NCE in the World War national efforts, and the long-term impact that NCE has made on the profession and society. We will present the biographies and achievements of selected NCE graduates, including members of the NCE 100 Hall of Fame. Refreshments will be provided

Taking place on the new turf field! Cost is $5 at entry for families, free for NJIT students
Student Academic Showcase and Campus Tours 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
NJIT Faculty will showcase the cutting-edge research work they are involved in that is helping expand the boundaries of science and technology. Student clubs will showcase their products, designs, and research work.
--Makerspace Tours: A revolutionary classroom designed to accommodate many different types of student projects. *Tours will depart every 40 minutes and registration is required
--Campus Tours: Join our student ambassadors for a tour of campus, and to see the incredible developments NJIT has experienced. *Tours will depart at 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. and registration is required.
