NJIT’s 16-month accelerated Executive MBA Program provides STEM and management professionals alike a “bridge to leadership.” Whether your career goals include C-Suite, global executive management, tech entrepreneurship, founding and running a startup, or gaining the flexibility to navigate cross-disciplinary environments, our convenient delivery model allows you the convenience of maintaining your current workflow. The NJIT EMBA program is a blended learning system that takes place mostly online but includes key immersive “boot camps,” a kickoff at the U.N. and a nine-day foreign study tour.
