Virtual Support Groups and Webinars Provided by Carebridge — Department of Human Resources

Carebridge is providing a series of educational and support events in September to assist employees in coping through COVID-19 and beyond. Faculty and staff members can register for several support groups to obtain credible information, learn strategies and share in the discussion: COVID 19 - Returning to School: When the New Normal Does Not Feel Normal; After a Loss: Grief Support for Suicide Loss Survivors; and Practicing Gratitude to Build Resilience. Carebridge is also offering informational webinars for Suicide Prevention and Parenting Skills: Helping Your Child Focus.

Virtual Convocation Ceremony on Sept. 9  — Office of the Provost

NJIT will welcome the Class of 2024 during its annual Convocation ceremony. Additionally, the university will recognize and award faculty and staff members who have excelled as teachers, scholars and researchers. The ceremony will feature keynote speaker Gabrielle Rejouis ’15 (History). All first-year students must register to participate.
