Campus Construction Bulletin — Environmental Health and Safety
On Monday, May 24, immediately following commencement, contractors will begin the installation of an environmental monitoring well in the grassy area between Kupfrian Hall and the Campus Center. To date, utility mark outs have been completed and site and logistic plans have been developed. The linked diagram depicts the work area. Please note that pedestrian traffic will be prohibited in the area for the duration of the construction project. The project is expected to run until Friday, May 28, and will affect the pedestrian walkway between the Campus Center and Kupfrian, and produce noise and vibration typical with construction areas. Please direct questions to Mitchell Gayer, executive director of Environmental Health and Safety at gayer@njit.edu or 973-596-5736.
