Here you will find a weekly listing of updates and announcements for members of the NJIT campus community. Announcements are to be submitted through the form found at https://forms.gle/V6PBxUy5b3jkErMc8 or by your area vice president to Deric Raymond, director of content planning and intelligence, in the Office of Strategic Initiatives. Parking Lot 5 Closure for Construction — Facilities Services
On Wednesday, April 22, 2020 between 6 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Parking Lot 5 adjacent to Faculty and Tiernan Halls will be closed for a crane lifting HVAC Equipment onto the roof of Tiernan Hall. The entrance driveway to the parking lot will be partially blocked by a flatbed truck supporting the crane lift. A flag person will be directing traffic for pedestrian and automobile safety. If this work is cancelled due to inclement weather it will be rescheduled to the following day. Linked is the crane pick plan and site map.
Wellness and Event Center/Summit Street Crane Lift — Facilities Services
On Monday April 27, 2020 between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m., the sidewalk of Warren Street along the WEC will be closed for a crane to raise HVAC related equipment on to the roof of the WEC. If this work is cancelled due to inclement weather it will be rescheduled to the following day. Linked is the crane lift site map.

Rutgers-NJIT Theatre Program Presents New Virtual Performance Series "One Click Away"
On Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 7 p.m., Rutgers-Newark/NJIT Theatre Arts and Technology program will premiere “One Click Away”, a series of virtual performances. The series includes four short plays all written, directed and set during current COVID-19 quarantine.
