Make 101: Introduction to the Makerspace Training is Now Online — NJIT Makerspace
The starting point for new members, this course introduces users to the policies and safety procedures of the space and provides basic training for simple hand tools. The online training is accessible via Canvas for all NJIT community members.

Last Day for Flu Shot Clinic — Office of Human Resources
Getting a flu vaccine is more important than ever during 2020-2021 to protect yourself and the people around you from the flu and to help reduce the strain on healthcare systems responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a reminder, NJIT is partnering with Paladina Health to administer flu shots for faculty and staff. Tuesday, Oct. 27 is the last day for the on-site flu clinic, with extended hours 12–5 p.m. The NJIT on-site flu shot clinic will take place in the Campus Center room 240. No appointment necessary. Thank you!

Co-op & Internship Virtual Fair Nov. 13 — Career Development Services (CDS)
CDS will host NJIT’s first-ever Co-op & Internship Virtual Fair Nov. 13, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Students can register starting Oct. 28, review the employer list, and schedule one-on-one and group session times in Handshake. Top employers attending include: Case Medical, Crestron, LINEA System, FM Global, GAF, Henkel, Lutron, MTA NYC Transit, UPS, PSEG, Silvi Concrete, Verisk Analytics and others. Students are strongly encouraged to register immediately for the best chance to schedule a virtual session time-slot with employers of choice to discuss co-op and internship opportunities.
