New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), through its professional education and workforce development division The Learning and Development Initiative (LDI), has partnered with Ziplines Education to launch of the FutureWork™ AI Capability Series, a portfolio of online, career-focused certificate programs designed to help professionals develop the artificial intelligence knowledge and practical capabilities needed to succeed in today's rapidly evolving workplace.
The new series complements NJIT’s learning and development ecosystem for the age of AI known as FutureWork™, which includes NJIT’s AI Literacy Microcredential. This FutureWork™ AI Capability Series combines NJIT's leadership in workforce development with Ziplines Education's expertise in delivering high-quality online professional education. Together, the partnership offers accessible, application-focused learning experiences that enable professionals to confidently integrate AI into their work while creating measurable value for their organizations.
The FutureWork™ AI Capability Series includes five specialized programs:
- AI Essentials Certificate Course
- AI Automation and Agentic AI Basics
- AI for HR Professionals
- AI for Sales Professionals
- AI for Data Analysis
Each five-week online program emphasizes practical application over theory, providing learners with immediately usable skills, hands-on experience and strategies for applying AI responsibly within their organizations.
