Griffin Fieseler Signs Professional Contract to Play Volleyball in Denmark

NJIT men's volleyball alum Griffin Fieseler announced that he has signed a contract to play professional volleyball for Hvidovre VK Volleyball Klub in Denmark.

Fieseler, NJIT's starting setter, concluded his collegiate career compiling 2,008 assists, 322 digs, 99 total blocks and 42 service aces in 246 sets played.

"I'm super excited to continue my volleyball career with Hvidovre VK," said Fiseler. "I'm eternally grateful for the teammates, coaches, athletic trainers, and all the support staff at NJIT that have helped me get to this point in my volleyball career."

The EIVA second-team selection, ranked second in the EIVA in 2024 in assists (9.41). He has recorded double-digit assists in all 26 matches, including a career-best 57 assists vs. Charleston (WV).

In 2021, Fieseler earned EIVA Honorable Mention and was named to the OffTheBlock Freshman All-American team.

Fieseler, named to the 2024 EIVA All-Academic team, graduated in May 2024 with a civil engineering degree, boosting a 3.973 cumulative grade point average.
