On Tuesday, April 25, from 3 - 6 p.m. Einstein's Alley Institute will hold The Future of Work: Part 3 at the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, 30 Livingston Avenue, second floor, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
The Future of Work: Part 3 will focus on the significant changes in our workplace coming from technology, including robotics and artificial intelligence, immigration and government policies. According to a recent McKinsey Global Institute study, “... Automation now has the potential to change the daily work activities of everyone, from miners and landscape gardeners to commercial bankers, fashion designers, welders-and CEOs.”
In addition to NJII President, Dr. Donald Sebastian, panelists will include Dr. Carl Van Horn, director of Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, Rutgers University and Dr. James Hughes, dean, Edward J. Bloustein School, Rutgers University. The keynote speaker will be Dr. David Mindell, MIT professor and CEO Humatics.
A networking session will be held from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Tickets are $85.
