Thank You: Best Places to Work in New Jersey Survey

Dear Faculty and Staff,

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey employee satisfaction and engagement survey period closed on May 28, 2021, with an impressive overall response rate of 45%. For those who completed the survey, thank you for making your voice heard and helping to shape the future of the faculty and staff experience at NJIT.

The survey results will be shared with the community once they are received in August 2021, complete with an analysis highlighting the strengths and opportunities that exist within our institution. Based on the results, a roadmap for positive change will be developed. The ensuing action plan will be made available on the NJIT website, where plan progress and updates will be posted. We will provide an update later this summer.
