Employee Engagement Survey Results

Dear Highlanders, 

Last November, faculty and staff were invited to participate in our first Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Survey. The survey is a critical component of the university’s strategic initiative to continue making NJIT a best place to work. We truly appreciate everyone taking the time to contribute to this survey and to provide insight on our current environment. 

We have received our results and will present them at a virtual information session co-hosted by the Office of Human Resources and Gallup on February 14, 2023, at 2:30 pm. The session will detail the university-wide results and what collective steps we will take to act upon those results. Local level results also will be shared through the divisions, colleges, and departments, where applicable.

These findings are a springboard for us to collectively improve the faculty and staff experience at our great institution. We will work together to develop action plans that aim to enhance the faculty and staff experience, so that our students can thrive.
